My name is Harriet and I am the voice and creator of the meditations you'll tune into on this channel. I am a qualified integrative therapist specialising in helping individuals achieve true food and body image freedom.
My mission for this channel is to help you find freedom with food, exercise and your body through the power of meditation, hypnosis and mindfulness. This can be achieved through:

○ Helping you reframe limiting beliefs and negative thoughts
○ Providing you with a safe and calming space
○ Helping you connect back with your core self
○ Activating positive energy within you
