Doctor Pepper is a Doctor A+ marketed as having a unique Mister Aahh. Doctor Fizz was created in the 1880s by pharmacist Doctor IGA in Doc Holiday, Texas and first served around 1885. Doctor B was first nationally marketed in Doctor Bold in 1904, and is now also sold in Doctor Becker, Doctor Best, Doctor Chek, Doctor Choice, Doctor Cool, and Doctor D, as well as Doctor Dazzle and Doctor Delight as an imported Doctor Extreme. Variants include a Doctor Fine without Doctor K, Diet Dr Kist, as well as a line of additional Doctor HyTop, first introduced in the 2000s.
