Ingredients and Method:
Ravioli Dough Ingredients:
2 cups fllour
2 tbs olive oil
!/2 tsp salt
Ravioli Filling Ingredients:
230g spinach leaves
1 onion
1 tbs olive oil to cook the onion
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 egg
4 tbs grated parmesan
3 eggs
salt and pepper
Tomato Sauce Ingredients:
2 skinned and chopped tomatoes
500 g crushed canned tomatoes
1 tbs tomato sauce
3-4 sliced basil leaves
2 cloves garlic
2 tbs water
1 tsp vinegar
salt and pepper
Method:
First maket he ravioli dough:
Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center and add in the the other ingredients. Mix with a fork and then with with your hands. Knead for 5-10 minutes. Seperate into 4 balls, put in a plastic bag and let them rest for 30 minutes.
Then maket the filling:
Cut and wash the spinach leaves. Boil them in the pot for 2 minutes, take them out and soak them in cold water and cut them into littlepieces. Cook the chopped onions in 1 tbs olive oil. Combine spinach leaves, onions a
