Ladies and gentlemen for whom English is not a first language - I was just notified that auto-dubbing is going to be turned on for my channel soon. I have the option to disable it and so far all I've heard is bad things. What are your honest opinions on auto-dubbing? Should I let it ride or is it worth disabling it?

Well I wasn't expecting to make two posts in the same day but here we are. Sorry to bother you but this one's a doozy. During a Q&A at American Cinematheque Ari Aster said: “I have an idea for a sequel to Hereditary… Who knows if I’ll ever do it.”
How do we feel about this? My left eye won't stop twitching and the Goetic sigil I tattooed on my back has begun to glow crimson... I've been staunchly against a Hereditary sequel, any kind of Aster sequel really, but if he has an idea for it I can see my mind changing rapidly on that.

I did try to get an answer on 'Blurface Malletman' during Ari Aster's AMA today, I was actually the first or second question posted in the thread. Unfortunately I did not understand that the question portion of AMA's is essentially 'crabs in a bucket' and going first means everyone else asking questions is going to downvote yours. Mea culpa. Nevertheless I am undeterred, I will bring Josh's killer to justice. #justiceforjosh
BIA Update: All the audio has been recorded and edited, one and a half hours of video fully edited and I am moving quickly. I'll update you guys as soon as I have a rough idea on final duration and release date.

Eddington doesn't release in the UK until the 22nd of August, which is a damn shame, I'm itching to discuss it with you guys. I hope those of you who can see it have gone out to support it, I know a few of you have been multiple times already! Luckily the wonderfully talented @rachellydiab has just released her Eddington discussion video, so if you are in search of Eddington related content, it would certainly be my suggestion. Her video on Beau (and her entire channel) is amazing too! watch video on watch page

Three quick updates:
1. Beau is Afraid script is donedone, edited, trimmed and second drafted. Recording on Monday!
2. Ari Aster presented a screening of JFK in Italy the night before last and someone mentioned my Midsommar video to him. I can only presume the reaction was 'justifiably unnerved'.
3. Our next Complete Guide following Beau is going to be 'semi-official' and will *fingers crossed* be using licensed footage/music...

Ladies and gentlemen, I'm very happy to announce that The Complete Guide to Beau is Afraid is complete at 136,552 words. That's roughly 15k more than the longest translation of Homer's Odyssey, something that comes up in the video quite a lot. That's no indication on quality but hopefully it is on effort. My next goal is to edit that down by as much as possible and reduce any waffle I can find, and then we're on to putting the video together! My thanks for your patience.
I also have some wonderful news I can't quite share yet, but I will say I'm already looking ahead at how we can 'level up'.

"Hindsight is 2020" - First poster for Eddington, premiering at Cannes in May. My body is ready.
EDIT: Trailer rumoured to be dropping in 24-48H!

Quick update on Beau is Afraid - research notes/skeleton draft is mostly done at about 50k words, although I'm sure there's a million things I haven't considered yet. I am now beginning to write the script proper - it's going to be absolutely ludicrous and probably career ending.
Quick update on Patreon - I have recently uploaded roughly three hours on Heretic and three hours on The Haunting of Hill House (Part One). Don't expect 'Complete Guide' quality but for anyone interested you can sign up at:
