Let me tell you about my client Stevanie, a woman who embodies the power of perseverance and transformation. When Stephanie and I started working together, she was at 268 pounds. Today, she’s standing strong at 150 pounds.
That’s over one hundred pounds gone—not in a quick-fix, overnight miracle, but through a steady, sustainable process that took us four years of hard work, patience, and consistency. And you know what? We’re still going, still refining, and most importantly, keeping that weight off.
Here’s the thing: the fitness industry loves to sell these “six-month transformations” or stories of people dropping a hundred pounds in a year.
What they don’t tell you is that eighty percent of those people gain all the weight back—and often more—because quick fixes don’t address the root of the problem. They don’t teach sustainable habits.
With Stevanie, we focused on creating a lifestyle change, not just a temporary result. She learned how to move her body in ways she loves, eat smarter without deprivation, and build habits that actually fit into her real life.
Through all of life’s inevitable ups and downs, Stephanie never wavered. She showed up for herself every single time, proving that the key to real transformation is consistency, not perfection.
Her journey is a testament to what’s possible when you’re committed to the process. It’s not about how fast you lose the weight—it’s about how well you can sustain the results. Stephanie’s story isn’t just inspiring; it’s a reminder that when you do it the right way, real change becomes a way of life.

Have you ever paused to ask yourself why you pursue fitness? Beyond the numbers on the scale, beyond those muscle gains, there's a deeper purpose that aligns with our spiritual journey. Our bodies are temples, sacred vessels given to us by God to fulfill His greater purpose. Yes, it's wonderful to have physical goals; to see inches lost and strength gained. But what if there's a deeper, more significant reason for our efforts?
Fitness, at its core, is about more than just physical appearance. It's about preparing our bodies to fulfill the mission God has set for us. As believers, we are called to be stewards of the blessings we've been given, and that includes our physical health. I often reflect on Romans 12:1, which calls us to offer our bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God. This is truly our spiritual act of worship.
In the journey of blending faith and fitness, this is what I call finding your "guttural why." This profound sense of purpose transforms fitness from a temporary phase into a lasting lifestyle. When you run that last mile or lift that final rep, it's about more than just physical change. It's about glorifying God through the strength and resilience He has bestowed upon us.
Let your faith fuel your fitness journey. Let each drop of sweat and every ounce of effort be an act of worship. When you view your health as a divine duty, you'll find motivation that transcends any physical goal. Let's make our fitness journey an offering to the Lord, a testament to His grace and strength in our lives.

Hey everyone! It's been a while since I last posted here, and I've been reflecting on the direction I want this channel to take.
Originally, I created this space to offer "non-yoga" stretching videos for Christians who wanted to avoid the commercialized adaptations of another faith. However, this channel has grown into a vital extension of my own mission, rooted in faith and driven by fitness.
In my coaching practice, I emphasize the Four Pillars of Fitness: Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual. Each pillar must be nurtured and trained, not just for health, but to deepen our relationship with Christ and understand the care of the "temple" the Holy Spirit resides in.
I haven't had the right platform to delve deeply into Spiritual Fitness, but now, I plan to dedicate this channel to that purpose.
We'll be shifting to longer videos that explore how Christ accompanies us on our fitness journey, helping us understand and honor the one body we have. We'll discuss using faith to overcome fitness obstacles and breaking free from the vanity and ego perpetuated by modern "fitness" culture.
Here, we will learn to appreciate and accept ourselves, flaws and all, without judgment or self-loathing, even as we strive to transform, lose weight, build muscle, and improve this incredible physical gift from God to fulfill His work in our lives.
I might bring back stretching videos in the future, but for now, it's not my priority. My focus is on sharing a greater mission through my work as a fitness professional.

Yesterday, I got an insightful question on my Instagram where I shared my vision of integrating faith and fitness, and just being the change I want to see in the online fitness space.
The question was thought-provoking/simple: How exactly will you do this?
It has an answer that resonates deeply with the core of my mission.
From the very beginning, the body has been intertwined with scripture. From the creation of man in Genesis to the profound words of Christ ("This is My body"), the sacredness of the body is emphasized time and again.
In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, we are reminded that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, deserving of reverence and care.
Fitness, then, becomes more than just a pursuit of physical aesthetics. It becomes a sacred endeavor, a way to honor and steward the incredible gift of our bodies.
Beyond the flesh, beyond appearance, lies the deeper purpose of fitness: to cultivate health, strength, and vitality that enable us to fulfill our God-given purpose with joy and abundance.
Faith and fitness intertwine seamlessly, revealing God's grace and mercy through the miracle of the human body.
Each of us is fearfully and wonderfully made, and by honoring our bodies through fitness, we offer our deepest gratitude to the Creator.
So embark on this journey of a deeper meaning in fitness, not just to sculpt our bodies, but to nourish our souls and glorify God in all that we do.
Our bodies are temples, our fitness journey a testament to His love and provision. Embrace this truth and walk in the fullness of His grace.

Ever wondered how your fitness journey could be more than just physical exertion? 🌟 What if every workout became a radical spiritual experience, aligning with God's plan for your body? Let's delve into the transformative synergy of faith and fitness.
💪🏿 Focus on the Good and True:
In a world filled with fitness trends and fads, how about anchoring ourselves in what's good and true for our bodies? When God becomes our workout partner, our focus shifts to nurturing our bodies in a way that aligns with His divine plan. Every squat, every rep becomes an act of worship, a step toward revealing the potential God intended for our bodies.
🦽 Overcoming Mobility Issues:
Facing mobility challenges? Fear not! God meets us where we are. Just as Christ faced physical struggles, our own limitations can be transformed into opportunities for growth. Remember, the journey is not about perfection; it's about progress. Modify, adapt, and press forward, glorifying God with each intentional movement.
🙏🏻 Glorify God with Your Body:
The ultimate goal? Glorifying God with our bodies. Our workouts become a spiritual offering, an opportunity to showcase the strength and resilience He has bestowed upon us. Let your sweat be a testament to His grace, and your determination a reflection of the perseverance exemplified by Christ in His physical trials.
✝️ Inspiration from Christ's Journey:
Reflect on Christ's physical struggles. He endured, He persevered. Let His journey inspire you to push through challenges and honor your body as a vessel of His divine creation. You are capable of more than you think, and each hurdle is an opportunity for spiritual and physical growth.
So, let's blend faith with fitness, allowing God to guide us to our fullest potential. Embrace your body, overcome challenges, and let every workout be a celebration of the strength and grace gifted to you by the Divine Coach, Our Lord. 🙌💪 Let's glorify God with every movement and make our fitness journey a sacred pilgrimage toward holistic well-being. #FaithAndFitness #DivineWorkout #RoxstarFaithful

What's going on, my Blessed Crew! It's been QUITE a minute since I've posted a new video here. But lots of good stuff is happening behind the scenes.
1st off, we reached over 1000 subscribers!
That's a big deal for a YouTube channel. And so I want to welcome you all here and look forward to reaching more people!
Tomorrow, I'll be dropping a new podcast for the channel where we're going to break down exactly what does it means to truly be on a FAITH-INSPIRED fitness journey. I know you guys are going to appreciate the inspiring deep dive.
Finally, new workouts will be dropping weekly starting this fall!
I need to do a few things like secure an actual set/location fos shooting and, most importantly, hiring an editor to handle putting it all together.
Running 3 (soon to be 5!) YouTube channels is a lot of work! But I know you guys will love what I have in store for our workouts and more over here.
Set your channel notifications to ALL notifications so you don't miss anything!
