A look inside of the culinary adventures of a Texican chef. Come along with me and discover the very diverse and wonderful foods that permeate the arid region of Texas that I call home. The roads that we travel will take us from seafood of the Gulf of Mexico and the back bays of the coastal bend, to the wildlife of the brush country, the BBQ pits full of brisket, sausage and ribs, and to the great Tex-Mex foods of San Antonio. We will examine the foods and cooking styles of the Great State of Texas. Also join us on some exciting camping trips, where food will be highlighted along with a few excellent product reviews.
