What's your favorite song from Cabaret?! Answer below!
I've been working hard on a (tentatively) FIVE part series on CABARET, which has long been one of my favorite msuicals! As always, I'll be mainly focused on the music and how it is used effectively to tell this breathtaking story.
Stay tuned for episode 1, which honestly won't come out for a while. I have some cool new projects coming up!
In the meantime, please support the work I do be becoming a FREE or PAID patron on my Patreon: www.patreon.com/IntotheHoods

PATREON LAUNCH!
www.patreon.com/intothehoods
I've been on this channel making videos for almost 10 years now! In the past few months, I've been making a renewed effort to create an increased amount of high-quality content. I appreciate everybody's support and kind words!
Making these videos is equal parts tiring and rewarding. The most recent video took months of planning, scriptwriting, on-scene filming, and research.
I'm excited to announce the launch of my Patreon, as a way for anybody and everybody to support my channel to allow me to continue making high-quality content! Please consider subscribing!

A New video is out!
It has:
- a story about a living a tree
- a masterclass in storytelling
- history lessons
- a surprising Hamilton connection
- and musical analysis
This is one of the most improtant videos I've ever made; "Someone in a Tree" is a song that means a lot to me, and of course is Sondheim's favorite song as well.
I've been meaning to make this video for almost a decade now. The stars aligned in that I was able to finally get to making this video. I happen to live in Yokohama at the moment only a 10 minute bike ride from where the pivotal moments of the musical takes place.
It took several months to write and make this video, so I hope you enjoy!

In this channel, I take a very close look at musicals and theatre songs and share what makes it compositionally well-written!
I would like to upload one video a month, though that is unlikely given my hectic schedule.
