It's official... starting July 15, 2024 over 93 countries now have visa exempt status, meaning you show up and you now get a 60 day stamp instead of the 30 day stamp... I am in Vietnam right now, flying back on Saturday...

Later today, we will be visiting our friends property and will be working on a video sharing their amazing newly remodeled condo at the My Resort Hua Hin. They will be looking for longer term tenants and I expect this place to be worth a look.

Kim and I stopped for lunch today right outside this temple. The cost and temple were a surprise. Lunch for 3 plates and 2 drinks was 90 baht, or about 2.50 usd... video coming soon.

Within one hour of our house in Hua Hin, there are wild tigers!!!

Kaeng Krachan National Park has reported the discovery of a new Indochinese tiger, indicating a hopeful increase in the population due to successful conservation efforts.
The tiger, identified as "KKT-006M," was first recorded in the upstream area of the Phetchaburi River.
