I was lucky enough to eat a lot of amazing things as a kid, growing up in a mixed household with amazing memories centered around family food gatherings in Queens. I've had plenty of jobs in the food industry, from dishwasher and line cook, to helping run the food operations for a Presidential Campaign for 9 months here in NY.
But in truth, I didn't start cooking until after college + after a almost a decade in corporate finance, I was thrust into entrepreneurship during COVID and started making food videos in my NY apartment.
I began sharing my creations via social media, documenting my culinary journey and sharing personal stories here on Youtube and Instagram.
It had became a massive hobby, learning how to navigate + monetize in this new digital landscape and creator economy, while also meeting and befriending other people all across the space, and through sharing advice and learning through failures, am lucky enough to now call it a FT job!
