And buried in that announcement is the
Deprecation of Assistant API.



Yes, Assistant API was a Beta,
But Open AI on Azure is a pretty popular
Choice for large Enterprise customers everywhere.



This is the reality of innovation with all AI vendors,

As they compete and update, they bring
Obsolescence that eventually

A BPR mindset + Audacity to question the status quo



And 3 considerations…

- Who-What can become more effective?
- Who-What can be more efficient?
- What can be eliminated?



But change like that is not just hard, it’s often near impossible because it requires a serious change management & user adoption mindset.



And for this to be meaningful, it needs to align with business strategy and operational excellence.

It’s not hard,
But requires a focus
That ignores the hype/FOMO



And boils AI capabilities down to a “back to basics” approach of business fundamentals.

At least, that’s what I see GPTfy’s successful customers doing.
