Anapanasati meditation is very simple.
Sit in a comfortable posture (anywhere on a chair or floor) close your eyes, cross your fingers and legs and observe the flow of your in and out breath.
No chanting of mantras, no visualization, our breath is our guru.
Stay with your natural breath.
