Hey Y’all!
Starting today and over the next three days I’ll be releasing new additions to my heart 2 heart series.
2021 was a year of growth for me, recovering from heartbreak (and many of us can relate I’m sure) the pressures and stresses of the ongoing pandemic. I lost touch of my inner-self. However it was also a year of resilience, a year where I reclaimed my space and safety through rebuilding my foundations. I started a weight loss journey, built some amazing friendships, and now here we are! I am so proud to be able to share this with you all.
Here’s the back story:
Last year I did a series of candid and vulnerable talks, sharing my experiences and my struggles in my own journey through life.
For 2022, I’ve decided to share all of them with all of you. A truly unscripted and open side to me. I hope you always remember that you’re not alone.
Always remember that your story is not only for you, but for you to inspire and encourage others through solidarity and oneness. ✨
