(KineticGames/Blumhouse have announced their own Phasmophobia Movie) This changes nothing, we will still make our own film. Ours is still very early, but the script is about 85% complete. Just missing some scenes to bridge some gaps, but the overall story of our version is going to lean more into comedy... at least for the first half of the film. Blumhouse usually are pretty good when it comes to horror, but I can assume that most of them who'll work on it won't be gamers or actual fans of Phasmophobia. The work that'll be put into our version will feel like it's wrote by people who actually played the game and know about a lot of the games mechanics. This will play a big part in the comedy aspect with our script. As I said the film is still in early stages, we don't have much filmed for it as of yet and will still be awhile off from being done. I honestly never thought an actual movie would be made of it any time soon.

We have just shortened our name on YouTube to SuddenlyStruck (Formally 'Sudden Strike Productions'), we felt this was a change that needed to happen for our channel to stand out more in the search results. But our channel banner, logos, and intro's will still stay the same. It might take a bit for it to fully update.

Today is our 10 year anniversary. “This is NOT an April Fools Joke” We had plans of uploading several videos today but due to a bad ice storm in our area we weren’t able to upload everything we wanted. Power and internet is still spotty at the moment, so some of the videos will have to be uploaded sometime soon. Hopefully we’ll have them out before the end of the week. But you’ll at least have something to watch for now. The video should be Live at 1pmEST.

Bit more of a delay on the Extended Cut than we would have liked, but it is still on the way. August wasn’t really the best month, had no time to finish working on it. Not sure exactly when it’ll be done but when it is we’ll make another post about it the week of.

With the massive amount of interest in a Extended Cut of The Sphere, Noru has been hard at work extending the film to feel more completed. Due to the Machinimay Contest rules, some stuff had to be taken out to fit within the 15 Minute Guidelines. He's restoring those scenes and expanding the ending. He's aiming to have it out This Month or by Early August at the latest. Stay tuned, we hope to have it out soon!

🔪💀🩸 Happy Friday The 13th! Unfortunately there's no video coming out today but work is underway on "something" Friday the 13th related. It is a short film but it's not a film that some may expect. I had a funny idea for a Friday the 13th video that's currently still being worked on. Aiming for a Halloween release, but no promises that it'll be out that day. Oh yeah... and by the screenshots you may notice Jason now has his shack from Part 2! 🎃
