Life lately has beenā¦ slower. Softer. And honestly, needed.
This past week, I wasnāt feeling my best - a wave of sickness had me grounded. Not the kind of pause I planned, but maybe the one I needed. Itās funny how the body knows when to demand rest, even when the mind wants to keep pushing.
In the midst of it all, something small and beautiful happened. A ladybird landed gently on my hand. It rested there, unbothered - like it trusted the stillness I was sitting in. That moment felt like a quiet blessing. A reminder that even when I feel unproductive or undone, Iām still worthy of gentleness, restā¦ and maybe even a visit from a tiny winged friend. šSo hereās to slow days. To healing. To listening to your body and letting rest be enough.
And to the little signs - the ones that remind you youāre safe, youāre held, and youāre still growingā¦ even in stillness.
