PRODUCT DROP - We’ve got brand new practical solutions to keep you hydrated - The Side Release Bottle Cage, and some fresh Restrap Bottles to go in it.
You might think it’s hard to improve on the humble bottle cage, but when bikepacking and space is at a premium, you’ll appreciate our innovative Side Release Bottle Cage.
We originally designed our side-loading bottle cages to allow the use of water bottles on frames constricted by a framebag, but that functionality applies equally well to bikes that squeeze a rear shock into that space, or simply to smaller frames.
To fine tune fitting, the cage has 25mm of sliding adjustment at the mounting point. The cage is also flippable, meaning it can be run either left or right handed – and swapped over at a moment's notice. In short – if there’s space for a bottle, our cage will work.
Finally, for added security over really rough ground, we have added a rubber retention loop.
To go in these cages, we have some new bidons available. With our distinctive Yorkshire contours design and an orange lockable spout, these bottles will match the rest of your Restrap kit perfectly. They have just the right amount of squidge to deliver the perfect mouthful of water/energy drink/vimto/beer each and every time.
Available in 750ml for very thirsty folk and 500ml for everyone else – and of course they fit perfectly into those new cages.
