Breaking my ankle gave me depression, anxiety, hopelessness, feeling of loss, epiphany, realization, perspective, and most importantly time to think! My New Year's Resolutions are quite simple... 1.) Stay Healthy and Eat Healthy. 2.) Be more organized and Prepared. 3.) Hone the craft of a leader and act as a leader.
