My story starts at 15 years of age where I was at my lowest. I was extremely unhealthy, I was pre-diabetic, hypertensive, and I had no knowledge of proper nutrition and exercise. The day I 'woke up' and decided to make a change for the better was the day that my father had walked out of my life. It was at 15 years old I realized if I wanted anything in life it was up to me and only me to make sure that I would make my dreams a reality. Days turned into months, and months turned into years, and way before I knew it I fell in love with the entire fitness lifestyle--- and it was way before I knew it I transformed from an unhleathy teenager to a competitive natural bodybuilder.
