What Run Elite BOOK Do YOU Want Next?
Ok, the Run Elite Book has been doing SOOO well, it's incredible, and I have many of YOU to thank for that.
I have 4 more books up my sleeve for the coming decade. But need to start somewhere. Currently I'm most inspired to write a book on NUTRITION. Focusing on ideal nutrition for elite performance, health, life, and longevity.
This is my most passionate subject in my own life right now and it is the MOST important aspect of improving your performance, however I understand that this book will be controversial. It'll be based 100% on the peer-reviewed evidence based literature and will contain ungodly amounts of citations...a lot of work.
Second idea currently is the Run Elite ULTRARUNNING book. I get so many requests for this book. The thing is, it'll have a lot of overlap with the current Run Elite Book, and it would also have large sections on nutrition (as that's even more important in longer distances).
The other books are on MINDSET of elite performance, and HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE BOSTON MARATHON IN 6 MONTHS
