Mindfulness-based: With qualities of mindfulness and meditation woven into our class structure, we physically support the nurturing of the nervous system by honoring practices that rewire and strengthen the brain.
Accessible to all: We are a balance of mind, body and spirit through movement and stillness, words and silence, and discipline within creativity. We wholeheartedly believe in teaching people, not poses.
