Netflix and Wit Studio are reanimating Romance Dawn, aka the East Blue arc! This is WILD news
Such an odd time to be a One Piece fan. Recent arcs have had terrible pacing, so I would much rather we got a condensed retelling of Whole Cake or Wano, but early One Piece is so PEAK shounen that it's difficult not to be excited about revisiting those early stories in HD and with modern animation techniques!
And the fact that Netflix ordered it makes me think they won't drag it out too long, either.
