2 Samuel 24:14
[14]And David said to Gad, βI am in great distress. Please let us fall into the hand of the Lord, for His mercies are great; but do not let me fall into the hand of man.β
David was in great distress after he had sinned against God. Then God spoke to Gad (David's seer) to deliver a message to him. He told David to chose among 3 options. So in verse 14, David told Gad that he'd rather fall in God's Hands than in men's hands.
Why God's Hands? In God's Hands, there's mercy and forgiveness. Lamentations 3:22 tells us of God's great mercies that are new every morning. Brethren, if you sin, run to God. Choose to fall in God's Hands because He will show you great mercy.
Lastly, what is that thing you're looking for? This year, learn to love God with all your heart. That is what you need.
Prayer: Holy Spirit, help me to love the LORD with my whole heart in Jesus Name.

The portion of scripture above highlights how Abraham held on to God's promises to him and his wife, Sarah. Abraham was old and so was Sarah but they didn't stop believing in God's promises. Eventually, it came to pass.
God has promised us a lot. We need to use faith and hope. Has He has said it and not done it? Isaiah 55 says that His Word will not return to Him void, it will accomplish that which He sent it to do.
We may not know when or how, but as long as God has said it, He will do it. Let's keep hoping and giving Him thanks even if we haven't received yet . He's not a man that He should lie.
PRAYER: LORD, TEACH ME TO FOREVER TRUST IN YOU. THANK YOU JESUS THAT YOU DON'T LIE.

Apologies that this is coming a bit late but we just wanted to share a few moments from our 2024 outreach program. It was wonderful.
For our first outreach in 2023, we had less than 200 Zambian kwacha (K200) for the outreach and we could only reach out to about 7 children. But to the glory of God, last year was different. We had amazing partners who contributed so much to this project. By God's grace, we were able to raise over 1000 Zambian kwacha (K1000). With this sum, we visited over 30 children. All glory returns to Jesus.

Be willing to hear from Him directly or through His servants because He's saying so many things. Let Him alone build your house because if the LORD doesn't build, the builder builds in vain.

[14]I know that whatever God does, It shall be forever. Nothing can be added to it, And nothing taken from it. God does it, that men should fear before Him.

Happy Sunday beloved family π€ It's almost Christmas and we're coming to the end of the year. How are you feeling? As for us, we are just filled with so much gratitude and overwhelming joy. God has truly been faithful!β€οΈ
Today, we want to tell you that THERE ARE REASONS TO THANK GOD BUT THERE ARE THOSE REASONS THAT CANNOT BE QUESTIONED. Meaning whether you find it right or not, we still need to thank. Some of is tend to worship our problems. We feel that we have no reason to thank the LORD. Bit brethren, your life alone is a reason to thank God. It is an unquestionable reason. As long as you are alive, there's hope for you. It is also God's Will to also be thankful always (1 Thessalonians 5:18).
The end of the year should bring so much reflection. Genuine gratitude will come in after you go through you life and see want God has done. The song #countyourblessings is a great reminder. You'll be surprised to see want God has done in Jesus' Name. David took time to reflect on God's faithfulness in Psalm 124 and He truly felt the overwhelming love of El Roi.
