Miku's anniversary was just two days ago so we're starting the month with Saki and Miku about to enjoy some cup noodles! It's been a while since I last had cup noodles myself so maybe I'll have some later. ( Source: x.com/pj_sekai/status/1482910667707678723 )
Anyway, I hope you all had an amazing August! Last month, my sister got me a Saki neso for my birthday! I haven't opened the bag yet, but perhaps neso Saki will make an appearance in my future videos :)
Update time:
1. I'm actually still on summer break, but my Fall quarter at university will be starting in just three weeks, which means it's almost time to start grinding assignments, quizzes, projects, and exams again! This quarter will probably be quite intense so whether I'm able to upload videos consistently will depend on how much work I still have to do. Regardless, I will give it my best!
2. Some of you may have noticed that I've been basically AFK from my channel last month. There were a couple things that I had to take care of IRL so I wasn't able to really work on anything in regards to content, but I do have something that I've been cooking up outside of YouTube and I can't wait to share it with you all soon!
Most of you have probably already had your first couple weeks of school, or are about to start soon. It may not seem like it, but the school year will truly go by in a flash, so be sure to enjoy your time and study hard!
One last thing, I might make a poll later this week or month, but do you think it's time to find the cap back, or should I continue to stay bald? Let me know in the comments.

It's my 21st birthday!
I've been rather busy as of late, so I haven't been able to upload anything unfortunately. I do have an exciting new development coming up soon however! I hope you look forward to whatever it is I release soon!

Some unfortunate news for Sonolus players.
The custom Project SEKAI server Chart Cyanvas will be shutting down.
Ever since the launch of Sonolus just a couple days ago, the Chart Cyanvas server had seen increased activity by about 1200%, which overloaded the server and made it impossible to maintain.
There is a possibility that existing charts on the server may be still playable, but any future custom charts may have to be maintained either privately or through some new server.
Though given how Sonolus had been released only just a couple days ago, I figure there may be an alternative at some point. Of course, I'll be keeping everyone updated here or through a video.
Thank you Nanashi for maintaining such an amazing server. The custom charting community would not be where it is now without Chart Cyanvas.

I hope everyone is having a great summer vacation so far!
Last month, I uploaded three videos. I hope you learned something new or found them interesting!
In just a couple weeks, I will be turning 21! I'm not sure what my video schedule is going to look like this month, but I do hope to put out at least two videos for you all to enjoy.
Anyway, some good news for everyone!
- Sonolus has been officially released on the Play Store/App Store! No more sideloading is necessary, just head over to the Play Store/App Store and download it directly!
Of course, if you need help setting up Sonolus for the first time, definitely check out the Sonolus guide I made a while back. While Sonolus has gone through many updates since that video (and so have I), most of what I talk about there should still be relevant if you just want to set up the app and start playing.

Huge news! Sonolus is getting an official Google Play/App Store release next month!
This means no more painful iOS sideloading or waiting for TestFlight slots. Everyone can soon hop on board and play/create many amazing custom charts!

In my nearly ten years of playing gacha games, I have NEVER seen a campaign fall flat on its face like this.
First of all, 300 crystals (one SINGLE pull) for a campaign is not really worth most player's time. This amount of crystals can be farmed easily by adding three levels to a character rank. The lack of incentive to push for this goal should have been obvious.
Second of all, this campaign was not properly announced to most players, with a lot of them not even knowing that this campaign even existed. There was also no reminder or progress tracker for the duration of this campaign.
I feel like most companies would have just swept it under the rug and told everyone that the campaign was successful, even if it wasn't. To be able to offer such an insignificant reward and then have the audacity to announce the campaign's failure is quite the gutsy move.
At the end of the day, the players had nothing to lose, and also not much to gain. From our perspective, this is easily forgettable and I'm sure we'll all move on from it, but just from the fact that they posted the campaign's failure, I feel that even if it's just a little bit, the global version of Project SEKAI's reputation has been negatively affected.
I also find it ironic how the participation reward is actually more valuable than the 300 crystals we would have gotten for completing this campaign. 5 Popcorn Buckets (50 bonus energy) is the equivalent of 500 crystals worth of energy, which I'll take any day.

Happy July!
Last month, I was able to upload two videos! Iβm slowly getting back into the swing of creating videos, and I expect to have a couple guides out soon. Stay tuned!
On June 26th, my channel reached 9,000 subscribers! It's only a matter of time before we get to 10,000! I'll continue to do my best so that this channel will continue to grow past this milestone!
Short update for everyone:
I created a poll last Sunday regarding a change in my profile picture, and of all three choices in the poll, the most popular was βBaldβ at ~52%.
- Effective immediately, I will be ditching the cap and going bald. It is important to stay cool during the summer heat, and going bald allows for proper ventilation.
