Every time I say that I want to try something new on my nails, I don't. Lol.
Anyway, how do you prepare for the up coming month? I've always loved planning, but I don't really stay consistent for the month of June. My goal is to remain consistent with both my daily and social media planners.

For some reason, I'm just so excited for June. I have some fun projects coming up.

I think I want to start vlogging + I think its time you meet the man who stole my heart? 😍

Today I celebrated my daughter's 3rd birthday. What a blessing to be able to bring life into this world being an HIV+ woman.

My daughter is not only HIV- she is sweet, compassionate, silly, clever, and just a daily reminder of God's love. 🩷

I love you so much.

February to me means: sex, love, intimacy, dates, the color Red, and chocolate.

Even as an HIV+ woman.

February is an intentional month here at My Undectable Life: bringing you deeper into the mind of an HIV+ woman, sharing all the things I wish someone would have told me before I got diagnosed.

Life does not end post diagnosis, and you do not have to be celibate or abstinent just to prevent HIV infection.

You can have a one night stand (or multiple) and still not acquire HIV or risk passing it on to others, knowingly or unknowingly.

Lastly, we were all put on this planet for the sole purpose of companionship and reproduction 🌶️

No one wants to be alone, however, it is a beautiful thing when you can be in your own company and feel completely full.

I hope you enjoy next Month’s installation:

I went to gym immediately after I got diagnosed w/ HIV.

That was my plan for the day: go to the clinic first thing in the morning, then gym.
"Bada bing, bada boom"

I had no idea I was going to get diagnosed w/ a virus that was actively trying to destroy my body.

The first workout of my new life was hard. Top 5 hardest things I had to get through.

I cried in between reps and sets.

After sometime, the gym became my Sanctuary, my Holy Place. I felt closest to God. I got delivered while re-racking my weights.

Super Soul Sundays, was my sermon 5x a week.

Anyway, I listen to nothing now when I train. I simply like to be Present. I've come along way since that first session.

I no longer cry.
