The gluten-free, local, flexitarian, vegan, zero waste and batch cooking trends have made me discover many recipes that I test and share with you when I like them ;-)
I also like to explore less energy consuming cooking methods: the Norwegian pot and the solar oven.
On a daily basis, I make sourdough bread, yoghurts, lacto-fermented vegetables, I play with my Kenwood Cookeasy+.
