I like it, on the paper in the sun, on the floor and on your bum ! I like it love it here and there I really like it everywhere, I love it now it helps me be, try it try it you will see! Making art can set you free ❤️
Finding your personal freedom through art may not end up in watercolour hearts on your bum! but it will overtime free up your heart space for more humour and love in your life. we have the right to dance naked in the streets with a paintbrush in our hands and song on our lips… I believe art is one way we can reclaim our innocence and Joie de Vivre !

You know the feeling that you should behave a certain way or you’ll get in trouble? Or if you don’t comply you’ll be punished as though you are doing something wrong? In this talk Walter and I discuss the rage this sense of injustice can evoke, the unfairness and how to reframe this idea of ‘good behaviour’, the enforced and programmed push to follow someone else’s value system or demands.
This is our first talk so please forgive the sound quality! Any suggestions to improve our presentation are happily accepted!
