Prayer For Intervention 04.06.24
Hear me oh Lord Jesus Christ from the depths of my heart, cause Your servant never to fail You oh Heavenly Father! Why do we do what is contrary to You? Why do we turn away from seeking You when we are at ease? Why do we glory in the gift then forsake The Giver? Why do we doubt the faithfulness of the only true, 'The Faithful One'? Why do we forget Your many instances of Your saving power and the testimony of Your Salvation? Why do we give our emeny occasion to have the upper hand by making ourselves weak through neglecting the leading of Your Holy Spirit?
Look upon us Lord Jesus Christ and may Your mercies abound towards us. Do not let Your anger or displeasure grow towards us because of our disobedience and unbelief. We have gone astray in consuming ourselves with the cares of this life and leaving off following and seeking after You. We give ourselves fully over to You for correction, reproof, instruction in righteousness and the embodiment of Your Love.
I have studied us as man and our ways are vile. We want our God to rescue us when we are in trouble but as soon as You save us we forget You and turn again to the ways that hinder and destroy us. You have been longsuffering to usward throughout the ages which again is testament of Your perfect Love toward us. Cause it that we fear You, wholly trust in You, that our faith be immovable, that our love for You be made perfect and that we may please, praise, honour and glorify You with this life.
I have searched out our inward parts and know we are desperately in need of You Lord Jesus Christ. We thank You so much for loving us, caring and providing for us so much from then until now, and we believe, for eternity. Hear us oh Heavenly Father from the depths of our hearts, intervene on our behalf and lead us by Your Holy Spirit. Hear us and instruct us, cause us to wholly abide by the instructions and commandments of Your Holy Word. Hear us from the depths of our heart, soul and mind and cause us to fulfill Your good, acceptable, perfect and Holy Will oh Heavenly Father - through and by and for and in the Holy name of our Lord Jesus Christ [Yeshua Hamashiach] we pray.
