This month’s read ☕️. In the last few weeks, I’ve found myself struggling to communicate with strong and difficult personalities. I’ve been completely put off and my first instinct has been avoidance😑. After a mini venting session with one of my strategic business partners last week, she told me about a book that she’s currently reading that has helped her to manage difficult conversations better. She’s found this book so profound that she’s now started applying the principles to her business especially when dealing with difficult clients.
Within 24hrs of our conversation, I placed my order on Amazon and here we are… I’m not sure if this book will help me too but I can’t wait to find out!

This is by far the best perspective I've seen on managing failure. It beats the good old-fashioned "pick yourself up and try again" mantra. Simply trying again without taking time to see what went wrong and changing your strategy is a recipe for disaster.
As we wrap up the year, reflect and look at both your wins and losses in terms of your finances, career, family, friendships, and faith. Ask yourself, What did I do right? What could I have done better? What was within my control?
When you look at failure as a challenge, I truly believe that you will focus on finding solutions that will inevitably lead to success.
