Erick Hurt and Ryan Andrew Harrington, Also known as R.A, came together with the goal of making the best hip hop/rap music possible. The brothers, who are originally from Virginia, made a 5 song EP and named it Jet Pack. Their music can be described as lyrical hip hop with elements of southern trap music, soul music, r&b music, modern rap music and boom bap. Being from Virginia allowed both artist to be heavily influenced by musical greats from their hometown area such as Timbaland, Missy Elliott, Clipse, Pharrell, The Neptunes and Pusha-T as a solo artist. They were also influenced by emcees worldwide. This list includes: Andre 3000, Jay-Z, Scarface, Nas and many more.
