Adding mindfulness (being present) to meditation allows us to check out of the busy world and check in with ourselves. Mindfulness brings awareness to how our mind, body, and soul are feeling. Here we are giving our bodies the love and attention they deserve.
A little bit about me; I'm a free spirited hippie at heart, lover of animals and the outdoors, and a true believer that mindfulness mediation can heal us. I'm also a trauma survivor with a focus on helping other trauma survivors or anyone for that matter who is struggling to find inner peace, joy, and purpose.
I'm a Registered Nurse, Certified Life and Happiness Coach, Certified Forest Therapy Guide, and Certified Laughter Yoga Leader.
