At Chef Brooks TV, we create high quality Video Content for food and foodservice. We specialize in recipe creation and bringing that delicious food to life through video and photography in our very own studio. Our private culinary studio offers a full kitchen set with 15 studio lights, and a team of experts with over 400 TV Shows, commercial and video credits.
Chef Brooks has been making food content for over 30 years in my culinary career. He fell in love with it my first time tossing pizza on FOX 6 Morning News Show in Birmingham, Alabama. From there, he hosted Cooking Today on KNWA for 2 years and for 1 year of Cook with Brooks making over 300 local and regional television shows. He co-hosted a podcast, Soul Men of the High South {SMHS} with Case Dighero . All that while while being Executive Chef and Teacher for various local restaurants and county clubs. Now Owner/Chef Chef Brooks Catering LLC.
