Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for the overwhelming support on my video regarding Blackpool Pleasure Beach's potential plans to remove Grand National! I apologise that I haven't got round to replying to all your comments yet; I aim to go through them tomorrow evening! 😁
It has since come to light that those who emailed Blackpool Council using the email address cited in the article have received a response stating that they are unaware of such plans. My guess would therefore be that the plans were either previously considered and have since been put to rest or have never existed at all (I am fully aware I stated in the video that the C20 Society is likely a reputable source but god knows what's real and what's fake these days 😂).
Anyway, for those of you were genuinely concerned the ride may be on the chopping block, I hope the above puts your minds at rest. I wouldn't be surprised if we see such a consideration crop up again within the next decade because as I said, Nash is notably expensive to maintain. However, I am certain it is safe for now!

What do you HONESTLY think about Toxicator?
Asking you here as it's one of those projects that isn't worthy of coverage in a video imo 😂. I feel it's a waste of money to replace something that was merely identical, plus I'm not a fan of intense flats therefore I'll never ride it.

Took the first few days of 2025 off to recover from the mammoth editing session that went into the production of my 2024 highlights video (my birthday is in early January in all fairness 🎉), but I'm back to business as usual now, 😀 and with some unique content (as promised)! Join me as I explore a theme park simulation game that literally NOBODY talks about, despite it being a huge part of my childhood and part of the reason I became so interested in theme parks! 🎢

⏰ TONIGHT AT 7:30PM ⏰
No, I haven't lost the plot, it's definitely happening at 7:30pm and not 7pm! 😂 Join me for the premiere of my BIG 2024 reflections video! It is safe to say that 2024 has been a HUGE year of transformation for both the channel itself and me as a person! This is one of the most openly personal videos I have ever made and is a very ambitious and highly edited project that I have worked on day in, day out over the past couple of weeks, so you don't want to miss it!

Welcome to ThrillNet, a UK-based theme and amusement park YouTube channel bringing you thrills via the internet!
I'm Ben, a visually impaired theme park enthusiast who loves Blackpool Pleasure Beach and hates Oktoberfest! My mission is to bring you honest, constructive and entertaining (hopefully) vlogs, reviews and news updates surrounding theme and amusement parks across the UK (Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Thorpe Park, Alton Towers, etc) and beyond!
In particular, I aim to promote inclusion and diversity within the industry in the hope of providing other disabled tourists with useful information that will enable them to make the most out of their travels. Ultimately, my aim is to spread awareness amongst theme and amusement parks regarding means via which they can improve their accessibility.
If thrills, theme parks and amusement parks are of interest to you, then why not SUBSCRIBE and hit the notification bell so you never miss a video!
