The truth is, most people donāt actually understand what it means to be healthy.
If they did, theyād see itās not about extremes, fads, or following half-naked āexpertsā pushing overpriced nonsense.
Real health?
Itās about better choices, more often. And it starts with small, doable steps you can take TODAY (no dollars, no gimmicks), such as:
ā
Swap pop for fizzy water
ā
Walk 10 min after meals
ā
Go to bed 30 min earlier
ā
Eat more lean protein
Simple, right? Yet most people quit before the week is even out. Then they wonder why theyāre stuck.
Hereās the problem:
People think health is about huge, dramatic changes, when in reality, itās built on sensible, doable habitsāthe kind you can easily maintain for life. These habits create results and make you not just healthy, but happy too.
The foundation matters.
You donāt build a house without laying the foundation first.
And if you havenāt built yours yet, thatās the ONLY thing you should be focusing on. Master the basics first. Because, like I saidā¦ house-foundation thing. Understand?
Meanwhile, influencers keep cashing inā¦
They make you think health is some 6-week gruelling fitness challenge, a āhighly optimizedā health plan, or the complete omission of an essential macronutrientā¦ all tied to their branded magic fix.
*Buy their plan. Buy their pills. Buy their overpriced BS.*
And people fall for it over and over again.
But hereās the truth:
Health isnāt a quick-fix program. Itās a forever and ever plan. The sooner you accept that, the sooner youāll actually get somewhere.
Iām almost 53, and Iām doing pretty good. I got stuff to work on, and Iām working on it.
But I donāt follow or promote trendsāI NEVER have. Thatās pissed people off over the years, but I sat back and watched them learn the hard way. Iāve seen way too many people get sucked in.
Some came back and said, āI wish I had listened to you.ā Others? They still tell me to piss off.
And thatās fine. Because I know that being healthy isnāt about a magic pill or product. My health is in my hands.
Itās not just about doing things; itās about learning from them.
šØ Action leads to understanding. šØ
šØ Understanding leads to change. šØ
Most people never get past the first stepāthey try, they quit, and they never take the time to actually connect the dots between what they do and how it impacts their body, their life, their future.
You have to LEARN what it means to be healthy.
And the only way to truly learn? Youāve got to take action, reflect, and keep going.
When you actually start paying attentionāwithout the noise, without the gimmicks, without the hypeāeverything changes.
So ask yourself: Do you TRULY understand what it means to be healthy?
Or are you still chasing the noise that tells you these simple, zero-cost stepsāones you can start right now on your ownādonāt matter?
āChange is the end result of all true learning.ā ā Leo Buscaglia
