I’m Daniel Ahearn, LMFT, a therapist, meditation teacher, and advocate for attachment-focused therapy, mindfulness, ecopsychology, and social justice. I specialize in Integrative Attachment Therapy/IPF, helping individuals, couples, and communities heal attachment wounds, cultivate resilience, and create meaningful change. My approach fosters greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and stronger relationships.
With over 20 years of meditation experience, I provide mindfulness tools for stress reduction, emotional regulation, and deeper inner connection. I also integrate ecopsychology, encouraging clients to reconnect with nature for healing.
I’ve also developed the Pathwork Oracle, a 40-card deck designed to deepen insight and foster spiritual growth. It includes a 40-day meditation practice, guided by the compassionate energy of Green Tara, to support personal transformation and inner peace.
