This vlog is my physical fitness journey after I retired. My main exercise is the X3 bar program. I’ve added animal flow for mobility and flexibility and started using kettlebells again. Recently I’ve stated doing burpees. And BURPEES ROCK!!!
I want to video my journey and see my progress using these workout programs together. This vlog will help keep me disciplined, motivated and pushing myself to be better everyday. And you all are my workout partners.
