Long Post 🚨 I have always been a deeply spiritual but non ritualistic person…I believe my connection with my god is direct, like WiFi and I don’t need to follow any religious ceremonies to prove that.
Hence, I was quite hesitant to attend the #bhagwatsaptah organised by Vimal’s family.
😅Will I be able to understand the satsang in Gujarati? Will I be able to keep up with the religious ceremonies and social expectations?
All these questions haunted me for a long time but I finally decided to attend all days because I believe one must do whatever it takes to meet ones family’s happiness. I frankly did not expect to learn anything!
It was just a tick mark, but what I got in return was nothing I expected!
Day 1 of the Satsang, as soon as I heard Sree Dwarkesh baba, all my fears were gone in an instant, he spoke in such simple language, mostly using Sanskrit words, and in such a beautiful eloquent, relatable way, that i was spellbound for the rest of the week! I knew then that my god wanted me to come and listen to the discourse. Like a parent, my lord always does what is good for me, even when I resist🥹🙏🏻
What I feared so much turned out to be a week of profound learning and another opportunity to nurture my soul. And I realised that all the social anxiety I earlier felt was completely unnecessary …a perfect example of FEAR- false evidence that appears real! Rather than being socially awkward, I had such a fun time with everyone! It was a reminder that most of our fears are just a figment of our imagination!
As requested by my community, I will be doing a series of shorts to pass on the practical lessons learnt. I am not an expert in this field by any means, but hope to do justice to my Gurus!

I had this moment of happy epiphany when I was being interviewed at a beautiful beach villa 🏖️ in Mauritius recently.
To my delight, the interview was all about what I do and enjoy as a person, as well as my passion and purpose, not just about my programs.
😆During the rapid fire round, amongst other questions, the interviewer just asked, Seema? And stopped?
For a moment I was puzzled, is this a question? Then I realised, yes it's a question, he is asking me, who am I really? and in an instant the answer came,
I'm a dedicated mother, a loving wife, and a powerful trainer🤗
And this made me think...Eventually everything comes down to that one thing isn't it?
At the end of the day...who are you really?
