Bonjour, je vous avais parlé de problèmes de sommeil il y a un certain temps et honnêtement, ça s'est amélioré mais..
Je me réveille très tôt les week-ends et peut importe si j'essaie de me rendormir, je fais des cauchemars. Même s'ils ne sont pas horribles, ça me laisse un nœud dans le ventre.
