This is Sarah, back in 2016, she was one of my students who I taught CPR to as part of the PHSE curriculum with the BHF free kit (before it was compulsory). A few days later Sarah saved her Dads life but doing CPR on him. It is stories like this, that makes First Aid so important to learn. Sarah and I both campaigned along with the BHF to help make First Aid compulsory in the English curriculum - which it now is.

I just want to say a huge thank you to all of you who are watching my videos and commenting. I am so passionate about teaching First Aid. I believe everyone has should know how to help in an emergency before more qualified help arrives.
First Aid is literally what is says on a tin - the first person to give aid.

We will be looking at someone who is seated, face down in right spaces and of course someone with a Spinal injury face down

My name is Emily Mottershead, I am a secondary school trained teacher and have over 20 years experience in the first aid industry. I left teaching secondary school children to pursue my love of educating as many people as possible with important life saving skills.
During my spare time I volunteer as a community first responder with the London Ambulance Service and deliver first aid courses in London and Kent. However in order to reach a bigger audience I have developed online courses and this you tube channel.
I am very passionate about teaching everyone the skills needed to save someones life. First aid is essential in emergency cases. Knowing what action needs to be taken to control an emergency can make the difference between life and death.
