Born and raised in NYC - total city peeps :) and NEVER would we have thought that we would fall in love with TX!
Several years ago we began to flip homes and we hit a string of bad realtors and began to lose money as the property sat on the market. Once it finally sold, we repeated this process again (cuz we are a couple of knuckleheads) until we learned that WE need to get our own realtor licenses if we wanted the job done right.
Since then, we have flipped many homes, own rental properties and land, and have built custom homes. I know all the WHAT-NOT-TO-DO's and I also bring to the table an eye for "How expensive can this potential Honey-Do-List get?" and an arsenal full of amazing vendors and contractors that I've met along the journey.
