Thank you, Dr. Mensah Otabil for a transforming session. Some key takeaways were;

1. The strategy to build a nation is not always straightforward.

2. The gravitational pull of Nigeria on Africans is enormous.

3. Sometimes, it's not all about the person but the system in which the person operates.

This is one session no one can ever forget. Someone literally said on Twitter that he blew us away.

How about you? What's your takeaway after Professor Patrick Lumumba's session?

Dr Jumoke Oduwole spoke on Africa Rising, Is Nigeria on the move?

Why do we still gather here year in and year out at significant cost to our host and time to ourselves.

I suspect it's because of the love for the country. My big hypothesis is that Nigerians truly love Nigeria.

Dr. Modupe Olateju, our second speaker, taught us why Nigeria needs a new dream for its education system.

"Education is the bedrock for development. There's no society in the world that has developed without addressing its education system."
