I’m fortunate to be part of a group that supports, motivates, provides and respects each individual with things like this.
Even when I only worked a total of 4 months this year cause I focused on my personal well being, mental health, family and traveling with my wife and kids to places that will create memories that live on forever…
I still get these meaningful accolades that go so far in reminding me that I’m NOT just a number on some KPI report but someone that is appreciated and seen!
