Chef Michele Farber R.D. studied at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, earning degrees in Bakery & Pastry Arts and Culinary Nutrition. Through her studies, she discovered the therapeutic benefits of a healthy diet for chronic illnesses. After college, Michele completed a dietetic internship through Virginia Tech and founded her company, NutrientChef, in 2003. There, she worked one-on-one with individuals and families, teaching healthy cooking techniques and encouraging lifestyle changes. Over time, NutrientChef expanded to include recipe development and corporate seminars. After marriage and kids, Michele chose to stay home and raise her children while living out her teachings. Now, she's back to solving the "Mealtime Mystery" through her YouTube channel and she hopes to inspire people with easy, healthy home cooking and engage with a community passionate about food and nutrition.
