‘gossip’ is out now 🗣️

She’s a beast that started in Ireland with @guerrillasounds and ended in London with Ruby and their granular synth 👵🏻
ALSO due to some horrific recent events that have taken place at Heaven, our London show has been moved to @earthackney, where we’ll be joined by a host of extra musicians on banjo, viola, sax, bass clarinet, harp & more. It’s going to be a special one for sure 👼 🌍
Shpooky video for ‘gossip’ by our very own Lottie 🔦

We’re super excited to share our new single ‘words fell out’ with you all.
This feels like a really special song to release as our final single before the album is out on 7th June. It explores the very real power of friendship that we share together as a band, and its importance in times of need.
A few years back, our wonderful Roo’s struggles with addiction came to a head. We will always be eternally grateful for our community of friends and loved ones who came together to support Roo and us in getting them the help they needed.
The lyrics grapple with the feelings of helplessness and overwhelming anxiety that is an expected byproduct of this experience. It felt hard to approach, but also necessary in letting out all the emotions that, at the time, had been bottled up.
This song, and talking about its meaning with each other, has been a really nice way to reflect and grow together in our support for one another. Big up Roo for the ongoing work of sobriety and also to anyone else who is going through similar experiences, we see you and are always here to chat. Everyone deserves the unconditional love that is felt in this song.
A huge thank you to Molly Ann Pendlebury who directed the beautiful music video and to Lauren Potter for choreographing. It was so fun to work on this together and we couldn’t have asked for a better visualisation of the song’s meaning.
