At Idaho STAR, our goal is to prepare riders at every level of experience with the skills and knowledge for safe riding. We offer a variety of courses led by Idaho-certified instructors who provide each rider with hands-on experience and individual feedback based on the skill set they bring to class. STAR's hands-on training helps make Idaho's roadways safer for all of us. In fact, a review of all 7,738 motorcycle crashes statewide from 1996 - 2010 indicated that STAR training is associated with a 79% reduced crash risk. There was also an 89% reduction in the risk of a fatal crash. Beyond training, we also have a variety of online resources available.
