When I was 22, I traveled the world alone for 8 months.
When I was 25, I lived abroad for a year.I bought my first home on my own when I was 27 and then went to grad school full time to follow my passion- and so paid my mortgage with student loans and took in a renter.
I'm the first person in my family of origin to get a bachelor's degree, much less a masters.
I started my private practice right out of grad school when everyone told me I couldn't and I have invested over $300k in the last 20 years to grow myself into who I need to be in order to operate a multimillion dollar business that is totally dedicated to helping women achieve profound well-being and empowering them with the identity, psychology and mindset for extraordinary success.
Oh! and I've been with my husband for 24 years and have two high spirited amazing kids.
The reason I'm sharing this is because I want you to know that YOU get to DECIDE who you are going to become in this life. YOU get to determine your destiny.

I'm fine, you're fine, we're all fucking fine. (And we're all fucking liars).
What would happen if -- stay with me for a second -- we all just told the truth? All the time. No matter what.
And before you spin out thinking, "Hilareeeeeeeee, we have to say we're fine because no one really wants to know how we are and no one has time for that and we're all just being polite," let me ask you a question:
How do you like being lied to?
And if, like me, you don't really care for it, think about what would happen if you started saying:
💥 NO when you don't want to (fill in the blank);
💥 NO THANK YOU when you don't like (fill in the blank) even though you know it's not polite;
💥 NOT RIGHT NOW when it's not the right time;
💥 I DON'T KNOW when you don't...
... and the list goes on and on.
If you were to have the balls to just speak the truth -- your authentic TRUTH -- for even just one day, how would that change the way you feel? More importantly: how do you think that would change the way people feel ABOUT you?
