Hey all! Just dropping by to say the Ace Attorney 6 livestreams will most likely return on 9/2. Apologies for it having taken so long, but summer's been a busy time for me, and I'm just not going to be able to get back to 2 weekly streams before then. Appreciate the patience!

Hi all! It's my birthday!
Been slowly continuing work on my next video (which will be about ENA, gif related) in the background this month, but obviously between this and a trip I went on recently, things have been a little slow. It's still happening, though. Thank you for your support over the last incredibly hectic year. Streams will continue next week, as well.

UPDATE: Hi all! Got a video in production right now, special for Pride Month! The script was finished a couple of days ago, and the audio recording is all done tonight. Editing will probably begin tomorrow. It'll be a little under an hour, and all about yuri, so I hope you look forward to it!

Hi everyone, important update concerning my streams! If you attend them, you might wanna give this a read.
So, while I'm thankfully able to use the tools YT gives me for editing VODS to blur it, somebody using emojis to drop a slur in chat tonight definitely reminded me of an issue I've had on my mind for a bit, that being: the onscreen chat.
The onscreen chat is a fun feature, but between people using it for things like this, people throwing spoilers into chat, causing a ruckus and etc. - one thing that consistently sucks about this is something I, unfortunately, cannot change about my stream client, which is of course the way it handles moderated comments. Moderated comments that get removed by my hardworking chat mods may be removed in the actual chat itself, but do not ever leave the ONSCREEN chat, meaning that stuff just gets left up. Needless to say, I and the mods both have been pretty frustrated by this.
Until now, it's been an issue I've gone back and forth on. With this? I think it's just best to bite the bullet. Onscreen chat will be being phased out from now on.
Now, I know this may raise some questions, so let me answer some of the ones I anticipate:
- Chat itself will STILL BE ENABLED. You can use it to talk during streams to your heart's content, and I'll still be reading it. It just won't be on the screen itself.
- Donation messages and membership notifications will, of course, still appear.
- Provided the VOD doesn't have to be edited for any reason (and it rarely does), live chat replay will also still be available for any given stream, so if you're not a live viewer and want to see people's live reactions to certain reveals and so on, you'll still be able to.
I realize this is a bit of a big change, but as the stream audience grows, and as opportunities arise for people to take advantage of it for the worse increase, I think it's probably better to get this out of the way now and muscle through the growing pains. I appreciate your understanding.
- Marcie.

Head's up, but I think since this coming week is a break week for the Higurashi streams I'm gonna move the second Spirit of Justice stream to that free slot (on the 23rd) rather than on Tuesday (the 20th). Just feeling really tired the past few days. Thanks for understanding!

I have now finished the 100th day of The Hundred Line...
And it turns out I am nowhere near done with it.
As you may have heard, this game is absolutely massive (it's longer, in fact, than Umineko), and this is true. But, having reached the end of what I will affectionately refer to as "Baby's First Defense Academy", allow me to give some of my spoiler-free thoughts about the game so far below, and how those thoughts have changed since my first post about it.
For starters, pretty much every element about this game I was mixed on (even characters) have all grown on me massively. Even the characters I disliked the MOST from the start underwent compelling development that had me not only glued to my seat, but actively rooting for them. (Well, I still may not be entirely sold on Darumi right now, but she makes me laugh.)
The gameplay also became genuinely fun for me. SRPG gameplay is not generally my cup of tea, but I got into a good rhythm with it, and the better I got at strategizing, the more rewarding it felt to pull off insane plans with the limited resources at my disposal. Let me tell you, clearing an entire enemy wave in one turn thanks to clever thinking always makes me feel like a queen.
Kodaka's emotional writing chops really shone here as well, as much as I do rag on the guy sometimes, this game actively reminds me why I've cared so much about his stuff. This is undoubtedly his strongest post-Danganronpa success, and I can't wait to sink my teeth into what's left. This may genuinely be one of the best games he's ever been a part of, and I am fully willing to take the L for initially doubting it, if it means this is the experience I got.
So, forward march. To one-hundred wild paths I'm sure I still don't understand even a bit of the magnitude of yet.
