I love sharing these “cheat codes” and “secrets”, because I feel they shouldn’t be secret at all. This knowledge is YOUR BIRTHRIGHT. It is your innate inheritance as a human being. I consider what I do to always be a form of rehabilitation, even if you don’t have an actual injury. We’re restoring what has always rightfully been yours.
Due to emotional traumas, physical injuries and sometimes just really bad teaching, we fall out of alignment with our body’s wisdom. My coaching just guides you back into that alignment.
