📝every year we visit my parents in Las Vegas for Christmas, & even though it’s not a dreamy white snowy wonderland, it’s home. 🫶🏼 (I also don’t mind the sunny blue skies as a substitute though 😉)
Christmas is a little chaotic for our fam haha
•9am present opening 🎁
•11am church ⛪️
•1pm cooking madness 🇰🇷
•4pm Korean American Christmas Meal - today’s menu: Korean short ribs 갈비 (we’re grilling 15 lbs!), spicy stir fried octopus 오징어뽁음, japchae 잡채, Korean savory jelly thing 묵, 3 types of kimchi 김치, rice 밥 obvi, sweet potato yams with toasted marshmallows, green bean casserole, etc etc. oh & for dessert Cinnabon with extra icing haha
+not to mention everything in between 😅 but despite the craziness, I pray that today will be full of so much love, joy, and lots of laughter as we celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. With gladness & grateful hearts.
