The Bibleway Pentecostal Apostolic Church of Christ is a Pentecostal/Apostolic church that is located in the City of Roanoke, Virginia. Bibleway Church was founded by the late Apostle Curtis P. Jones who relocated to Roanoke, Virginia in 1930 from Winston Salem, NC. Apostle C.P. Jones founded the Star of Bethlehem Bibleway Church in 1930. For a period of time Apostle Jones served in the Church of God Apostolic until he joined the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith under the leadership of the late Bishop R.C. Lawson. Upon joining with COOLJC, the church name was changed to Bibleway Pentecostal Church of Christ Apostolic. In 1960, Apostle C.P. Jones left COOLJC to found other churches and the Bibleway Church changed to its current name. In addition, Apostle C.P. Jones founded St. Paul Holiness Church in Axton, Virginia. Many churches were birthed out of The Bibleway Church. Today, the church continues to strive under the leadership of Bishop Marc S. Adkins.
