Lithuanian National Culture Centre is a budgetary institution. Its main objective is to develop historically formed activities of ethnic culture (intangible cultural heritage) and amateur art expressing and preserving national cultural identity, to provide with methodical monitoring, to organise the Lithuanian Song Celebrations as well as other cultural programmes, to promote cultural and creative expressions of society.
