Let me tell you a short story... I started this channel back in 2018 to share healthy habits with the world. There's a lot of misinformation on the internet and my intention is to share my lifestyle, what I've learned, and how we can all live more fulfilled, harmonious, and abundant lives. After being isolated in the great year of 2020, I was inspired to make more content on my passion for biohacking. That's led me to today.
